Welcome to Ukrainian Quality Cleaning (“we,” “our,” or “us”). By booking our services or using our website, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions.

1. Services
We provide residential and light commercial cleaning services in Everett, WA and surrounding areas.
All services are subject to availability and confirmation.

We reserve the right to refuse or stop service if:

  • Conditions are unsafe

  • The scope of work was misrepresented

  • There is risk to our staff or equipment

2. Quotes & Pricing
All quotes are based on the information provided and are estimates only.

Final pricing may change based on:

  • Size and condition of the property

  • Level of cleaning required

  • Additional requests or add-ons

  • Time required to complete the service

If the actual condition differs from what was described, we will inform you before proceeding.

A minimum service charge may apply.
If the scope of work changes significantly, hourly pricing may be applied.

3. Booking & Payment
Bookings are confirmed via phone, message, or form.

Payment is due upon completion of service unless agreed otherwise.
We accept cash, e-transfer, or other agreed payment methods.

For larger or deep cleaning services, a deposit may be required.

Late or non-payment may result in refusal of future services.

4. Cancellations & Rescheduling
Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling.

Late cancellations or same-day changes may result in a cancellation fee.
No-show or denied access may result in a fee of up to $50.

5. Access to Property
The client is responsible for providing access to the property at the scheduled time and ensuring utilities (water, electricity) are available.

If we cannot access the property, the appointment may be canceled and a fee may apply.

6. Client Responsibilities
Clients agree to:

  • Remove or secure valuable, fragile, or irreplaceable items

  • Inform us of any delicate surfaces or special instructions

  • Secure pets or notify us in advance

We are not responsible for:

  • Pre-existing damage

  • Improperly installed or unstable items

  • Damage due to normal wear and tear

7. Satisfaction & Complaints
If you are not satisfied with the service, please notify us within 24 hours.

We may offer a re-clean for specific areas.
Refunds are not guaranteed and are evaluated on a case-by-case basis.

8. Liability
We take care to provide high-quality service, but we are not liable for:

  • Damage caused by faulty materials or improper installation

  • Items not disclosed as fragile

  • Issues beyond our control

All claims must be reported within 24 hours of service.

9. Health & Safety
We reserve the right to refuse or stop service if the environment is unsafe, including but not limited to:

  • Biohazards

  • Pest infestations

  • Hazardous conditions

Additional charges may apply for heavily soiled or extreme conditions.

10. Website Use
All content on this website is for informational purposes only.

You agree not to misuse the website or attempt unauthorized access.

11. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Updates will be posted on this page with a revised “Last updated” date.
